BambuLab PTFE Guide V2

Summary:

Another PTFE tube guide for the external spool holder. With the first version, the filament ground a notch into the filament holder after some time and the extruder could then no longer draw the filament. So I designed a new version where the PTFE tube goes through the PC4-M10 connector, so there is no abrasion on the mount.

Mounting:

The bracket is mounted with M3 screws. For this purpose I fused M3 thread inserts into the model. The distance between the holes is 18.5 mm. I used M3x10 screws so that the auxiliary part fan could be mounted normally again. Alternatively, you can use M3 screws with a max length of up to 13 mm.

! Important !

Mount the bracket with the PC4-M10 connector facing down, so the tube cant slip through when the extruder draws the filament.
