Description

Quick Mount System for MPCNC

This Quick Mount System is designed for fast and secure tool changes on the MPCNC. It allows you to swap between different tools in seconds while maintaining a stable and precise connection to the Z-axis.

Included Mounts

This project includes three dedicated tool mounts:

65mm Universal Spindle Mount
Designed for spindles with a 65mm diameter.
✔ Also fully compatible with the Makita RT70.
Laser Tree LT-40W Mount
Custom-fit mount for the Laser Tree LT-40W module.
Laser Tree LT-K30 Mount
Custom-fit mount for the Laser Tree LT-K30 module.

All mounts are designed to integrate seamlessly with the Quick Mount base system.

Secure Locking Mechanism

To ensure the tool adapter cannot be pushed upward during operation, the system uses:

1x M4 heat-set insert (press-fit insert)
1x M4 screw

The M4 screw locks the tool adapter securely to the Z-axis interface, preventing vertical movement while maintaining easy removal when needed.

Hi, I can draw that for you. However, I cannot check if it fits. I only have the K30, unfortunately. I can get the technical data from the user manual
