Faucet Key Replacement
Print Profile(1)

Description
The rotary knob of my corner valve on the washing machine was broken. With this replacement key, I can now close the valve again. The strength with PETG is sufficient for normal opening and closing. If you tighten it very hard, the teeth will naturally slip. If you want it stronger, you can switch to PA-CF and possibly slide a steel support ring over it. This key is meant for a quick replacement. If the valve is stuck, you should first overcome the breaking torque with pliers until the faucet moves easily again. If you want the fit of the tooth contour to be even tighter, simply scale the model down to 99%. The key fits if the diameter of the toothed part of the slider is 7.9mm in diameter.
