Description
This is the 3D printed enclosure for my XXL Online DC-UPS project.
The housing is designed in an industrial / military style and integrates:
- 3 adjustable DC buck-boost converters (front-mounted)
- rocker switches
- XT60 battery connector
- internal wiring spacer
- bottom plate for service access
The main body includes the full front panel and side structure as one single printed part.
The bottom plate closes the housing and allows easy access to the internal wiring.
Project Background
This enclosure is part of my XXL Online DC-UPS build for DC consumers such as:
- Router
- NAS
- Network equipment
- 12–24V DC devices
The system is based on:
- 12V LiFePO4 battery
- CC/CV charging converter (14.6V)
- Adjustable DC load converters
- Schottky ORing protection
