The Chip Fan

Quickly and efficiently remove chips and coolant from your components in the CNC machine

The fan has a diameter of 120mm and the clamping diameter is 20mm

I tested the fan under full load (14,000 rpm for 60min). There was no change in material or other damage. I did not manage to destroy the fan

We have been using the fan for 4 weeks now and it works excellently

We run the fan at 11,000 rpm, maintaining a distance of 40mm to the component and only traversing over it in one axis. The direction of rotation is, of course, clockwise

The distance and travel parameters can of course be changed

Print Settings:

Material: PLA-CF  

Walls: 10

Infill: 25% Gyroid

No support needed
