Description
This dart case is different from others, better than others
We simply weren't 100% convinced by other designs. Not enough spare parts fit, the flights lay loose, or the darts fell out of the holder
Moreover, one usually needed to buy accessories, whereas this case is 100% 3D printed
That's why we are presenting our own dart case, including storage for spare parts
In this case, you can store and transport 3 assembled darts
For e-darts, the lid has 2 large compartments for spare tips and 3 small ones for rings, springs, or whatever you always want to take with you
Accessories for steel-tip darts also find enough space
Each of us has the tool at home to tighten shafts and tips. Have you just thrown it into your old case until now? That's a thing of the past. We have created an extra compartment in the bottom for the tool. So you not only always have it with you, but you also have a good, secure place for it
The bottom section accommodates 3 darts, 3 spare shafts, and 3 spare flights
The example images show different darts with varying lengths. The maximum length for the darts is 16.5 cm
In the print files, you will also find the case without any designs, so you can customize it however you want. At the same time, we naturally provide you with some pre-made designs
You can, of course, adjust the name and colors in the slicer. (Best done using the "Colorize function")
The base and lid are equipped with Print-in-Place hinges; this design is also used for the shaft holders and the flight holder. The small lids with designs are equipped with snap-in mechanisms to keep things in place. These are deliberately placed on different print plates so you can use the colors of your choice
The small lids are simply pushed on during assembly and hold very well
Important printing information:
-please use only dried material; the Print-in-Place mechanisms are very precise and require good filament
-allow the print to cool down to achieve optimal results so that nothing breaks off or deforms
-clean the print bed beforehand
-tested with PLA Basic / PLA Matte in various colors from Bambu
-tested on the X1C and H2D
Assembly
1. release the Print-in-Place hinges between the lid and base by carefully folding them together
2. release the flight holder by pressing it down sideways, preferably with a wide contact surface such as two fingers
3. release the tip holders with some pressure (they are relatively tight)
4. screw shafts into the shaft holder and bend it down with the shafts
5. insert the Y-holders for the darts. (3x)
5. carefully insert the rail of the clasp, hook the clasp in, and push the rail all the way through
6. insert both small lids by placing them on one hinge and pressing down on the other side
7. enjoy your own personalized dart case
A lot of work has gone into this case; we do not allow this model to be sold or remixed, but we are open to all suggestions for improvement or design requests. Everything was created by us
If you create your own designs, we would appreciate seeing pictures in the comments
The HSV case in the pictures was a separate commission
If you appreciate the work behind it, we would be very happy about your boost. We are already looking forward to presenting Version 2 to you someday
