10" 1RU ARRIS Rack Mount

This is a 10inch rack mount for a ARRIS CM8200 HFC modem. The rack mount will also fit other ARRIS modems of similar dimensions.  There are two plates in the print profile. 

• The first plate uses standard M3 Machine Screws to mount the reat plate to the mount.
• The second plate uses M3*6*5 heat set insets in combination with M3 Machine Screws for mounting the back plate.

I recommend printing in PETG for heat resistance. I have printed all my mounts using PETG-CF. The PETG provides great heat resistance and the CF adds extra stiffness to the print, which works great with cantilever mounting in 10" racks.
