Gridfinity kitchen drawer dividers utensil slots

Use these to organize spatulas or other tools you would like to organize standing on their edges to save space. 

Design

Each of these dividers is 1x2x7 Gridfinity units tall. The bases are divided into half units for more precise positioning, but will fit perfectly on any standard Gridfinity base plate. 

These dividers are open at each end to provide lots of flexibility for storing utensils of varying lengths and thicknesses. There are an assortment of slot widths, and dividers with uneven slots can be used in pairs and rotated to create staggered slots for tools that are thick on one end and thin on the other. On all dividers the outer walls are 1 mm thick and the inner walls are 2 mm thick. 

The provided print profile includes all of the variations and combinations on each plate, with the width of slots listed:

1. Two slots - 18.75 mm 
2. Three slots - 11.8 mm, 11.9 mm, 11.8 mm 
3. Two slots off-set - 15 mm and 22.5 mm 
4. Three slots off-set - 13.5 mm, 11 mm, 11 mm
5. Three slots small middle - 14 mm, 7.5 mm, 14 mm
6. Three slots large middle - 10 mm, 15.5 mm, 10 mm
7. Three slots staggered - one each of three slots small middle and three slots large middle
8. Four slots - 8.375 mm 
9. Four slots offset - 7 mm and 9.75 mm
10. Four slots offset more - 5.75 mm and 11 mm
11. Blank tiles (1u tall) for filling in the space between dividers - in 1x1, 1x0.5 and 1x1.5

Printing

Print in PLA. 

Recommended settings

These are the print settings is use for all my Gridfinity bins: 

• Layer height and initial layer height: 0.3 
• Use Variable layer heights
• Line width 
  • Initial layer: 0.56
  • All others: 0.5
• Seam position: back
• Wall generator: Arachne
• Bridge flow: 1.5
• Top solid layers: 4
• Sparse infill
  • Density: 10%
  • Pattern: Lightning
