Meet the thickest reptile in the swamp.
This isn't just a crocodile; this is an absolute unit. He's heckin' chonky and he needed to take a seat because carrying all that glorious weight around is exhausting work.
This model is a highly detailed, humorous sculpture of an obese crocodile (or alligator, he's too round to tell) sitting upright. The scale texture is deep and prints beautifully, catching the light perfectly—especially if printed in matte PLA or wood-fill filaments, as seen in the photos.
He makes the perfect judging desk buddy, a hilarious gift, or just a round friend to keep an eye on your printer.
Printing Tips:
- Supports: The overhangs on the belly and chin are generally manageable but there are tree supports just under the chin for safe.
- Infill: 10-15% Gyroid or Grid is sufficient.
- Layer Height: Looks great at 0.16mm or 0.2mm for a balance of speed and detail.
- Material: The photos show excellent results with matte PLA or wood/bamboo PLA to emphasize the texture.
