This model is for all kitesurfers who travel with their equipment and have to repeatedly disassemble their twin tips. A box for fins, screws, and other small parts. So that nothing is forgotten, lost, or broken during a trip

I got the idea for this from my purchased Duotone board. When purchased, the fins, slot nuts, and screws are delivered in a similar cardboard box. I liked it because everything had its place and was together. However, it quickly got damaged in my luggage and with water. That's why I built a replacement from the 3D printer

Although I now have 180g more in my luggage with the box, everything is neatly and orderly packed. Nothing is worse than having to look for screws on vacation when you want to get on the water

What always draws envious glances at every kite station is the logo on the box from my personal favorite spot in Egypt.

Of course, you can change the logo at any time as you wish.

To do this, you just need to delete the “Merged Parts” block, and the logo will disappear without a trace. You can also use your own logo as an SVG or the free space for your personal text

The model comes without additional parts. The hinge is designed so that you can simply cut a piece of filament and use it. I like to weld it with a soldering iron or a lighter and a metal plate. Just leave 1-2mm protruding and melt it.
If you have some foam leftover, you can also glue it into the lid to prevent small parts from rattling

If you have any questions, feel free to contact me. If you need help with the logo, I can also gladly assist you

I am still very new to 3D printing (01/2026), so not everything you receive from me is 100% mature yet.

However, if you like my idea, see problems during printing, or have improvements for my concepts, I would be very happy to receive your feedback.

I will try to integrate them or provide you with quick updates as best as I can.

What material did you use? It looks to me like the box has warped at the front and is flush at the back
