Want a secure holster for your Snakestaff ETQ EDC 1 Inch Tourniquet that can mount almost anywhere? Print this Tourniquet Holster that was specifically designed for the 1 Inch ETQ Tourniquet! Featuring an ever-growing variety of attachment clips and loops, this holster has an orientation for every use case. From attaching to simple MOLLE webbing to IWB for Concealed Carry to the outside of a battle belt, this holster has a clip configuration for your use case! This design features a protective enclosure around the TQ, with two top feed lips to make sure the Tourniquet does not come loose during maneuvers. The feed lips easily bend out of the way for one-handed removal of the Tourniquet when needed, and provide protection between the user and the TQ when used IWB. There are drain holes at the bottom to enable any moisture to flow through during wet operations. The TQ can be inserted with the windlass in either direction depending on user preference or wear orientation.
Design has been tested in PETG which is the recommended material to allow the bend necessary at the top feed lips. I recommend printing it at a 30 degree tilt to maximize strength of the feed lips and the connector clip/loop, with 4 wall loops to make sure all interior volume is filled in. Support should be enabled (standard tree is fine).
This design was extensively prototyped and has been tested in a variety of clip configurations and use cases to failure and then improved before launch.
