The Zhengdian Atom T80/T80P portable soldering iron case supports both models, accommodating the soldering iron body, two soldering tips, a roll of solder, and cleaning sponge. It also incorporates a soldering iron stand function.
The soldering iron stand's metallic ring employs a 12mm inner diameter, 20mm outer diameter, and 8mm thickness securing ring with M5 screw holes (not recommended from a specific store; readily available on Taobao for approximately 9 RMB with free shipping).
Secure the metallic ring using M5 * 8 screws with a 7mm head length: 304 Stainless Steel Cross Recessed Head Screws-Tmall
The magnetic version requires eight 5mm diameter and 4mm thick magnets (no specific store recommendation; N52 magnets are suggested).
Adhesive bonding is necessary for the solder roll's upper cover, with the raised portion facing outwards. Similarly, adhesive bonding is required for magnet installation; ensure correct N/S polarity. Rapid-drying adhesives like 502 are recommended.
When using Bambu Lab printing, an x-y contour dimensional compensation of approximately 0.05 may be needed to prevent looseness.
