đ¨ď¸ Print Settings & Material Recommendations:
- Material:
- Wood PLA: Highly recommended! It gives the mold a traditional, rustic wooden look perfect for Tet.
- Standard PLA: Works great, easy to print. Green color is a festive choice.
- PETG: If you plan to wash it with warm water often.
- Note: Banh Chung is wrapped in Dong leaves/Banana leaves, so the food does not touch the plastic directly. However, always use clean, safe filaments.
- Settings:
- Supports: None (The design is optimized for printing without supports).
- Infill: 10% - 15% (Grid or Gyroid pattern is sufficient).
- Walls/Perimeters: 3 walls for extra rigidity.
- Layer Height: 0.2mm or 0.28mm for faster printing.
