Thanks to the original creator for the collaboration!!!

The template from Printables and my revised version have received further optimization:

Compared to my revised version:

  • There are different pin diameters; small test pieces are included
    • Please do not change the orientation; the complete parts will be printed exactly as they are
    • All holes are the same, only the pin diameters change
      • Example: 0.1 means the pin is 0.1mm smaller in diameter than the hole

-→ A larger number means easier assembly

  • Holes and pins have been chamfered, which improves stability

    • -→ If the system is mixed with the old version, the hole must be reamed with a 90° countersink, otherwise it cannot be fully assembled

Compared to the original:

  • All pins/holes now fit more securely
  • Side panels were made 2mm wider, so the hole is no longer visible from the outside
  • The large "HOLY" logo is now only 0.5 {instead of 2} mm high, resulting in fewer filament changes → Faster printing
  • NEW: Middle support, for larger shelf expansion stages
  • NEW: Module for portion sachets

NEW: Modules and adapters for the Syrup Pods
NEW: Module and adapter for storing Holy plastic shakers (0.5l) in this shelving system

Procedure for the first print:

  1. Print test parts (of the side panels and modules)
  2. Remove supports
  3. Find the pin that best fits into the hole
    1. The pins are labeled
    2. Separately for both types
  4. Mix the types and test that too
    1. The best tolerances do not necessarily have to be the same size

I currently use modules 0.18 and side panels 0.1 This simply depends on the printer

  5. Determine the best tolerance for you

Assembly:

It is best to first connect all joints INDIVIDUALLY and turn them slightly so that the connection wears in a bit, possibly rework with a knife or remove residue
