This bust of Richard Phillips Feynman is inspired by the physicist's most popular photograph, one where his keen gaze and slightly mischievous expression convey an insatiable curiosity. Unlike Dirac's restraint, Feynman displays a more expressive energy: dynamic features, a subtly defined mouth, and intense, lively eyes.

The sculptural structure highlights the vitality of his face: pronounced brow ridges, a subtle smile, and marked lines around the eyes. The whole maintains a formal neutrality while allowing the passionate and communicative personality of the scientist to shine through.

Richard Feynman (1918–1988) was one of the major theoretical physicists of the 20th century.
