đĽ Opening Hours Sign with 3D Print & Laser â Community Wish Project
This project was created at the direct request of my community:
A modern opening hours sign, combining 3D printing, laser engraving, and indirect lighting
The base housing was FDM printed and designed so that LED lighting can be cleanly integrated.
The front panel was precisely engraved and cut with the xTool F2 â for a professional look as if from professional shop design
đĄ Lighting
A Neon LED from TEDi was installed, which provides an even, modern light.
Inexpensive, easily available, and perfectly sufficient for this purpose

đ§ Note on Assembly
Currently, the sign is intended for direct wall mounting or freestanding placement.
A suitable holder for the back will be designed upon request â just write in the comments if you need one
đ¨ Printing Recommendations
- PLA or PETG
- 0.2 mm layer height
- 3â4 perimeter
- 15â20% infill
- laser with IF Laser or slicer text input
