Bring your felt board to life with this clean and versatile 3D printed alphabet letter set!
Designed to fit standard felt (or “letter”) boards, (the board from the pictures was bought at the “Action” store, if you want to make sure it fits, measure the distance on your board from groove to groove. It should measure around 15,5mm to fit, but u can always scale it in the slicer to fit your needs) these letters snap securely into the grooves while remaining easy to reposition — perfect for quotes, announcements, menus, reminders, or decorative displays.
Whether you’re styling a cozy home message board, creating classroom visuals, or setting up event signage, this set gives you the freedom to spell it your way — again and again.

This release features a full set of:
- Uppercase letters A–Z
- Numbers 0–9
- Felt board compatible rear mounting ridges
- Optimized geometry for clean printing and strong durability
Each character is modeled for consistent height, spacing, and groove fit, ensuring a neat and professional look once placed on the board.
🖨️ Print Quality & Design Notes
All letters were designed and test-printed for:
- Crisp outer edges
- Strong layer adhesion on thin strokes
- Reliable ridge strength for repeated board use
- Minimal stringing between fine letter details
The characters print flat on the bed for maximum surface quality and dimensional accuracy.

(Based on tested 3MF profile)
Layer height: 0.2 mm
Nozzle: 0.4 mm
Walls: 3 perimeters
Wall type: Arachne
Material: PLA
Infill: 10–15% (Grid or Gyroid works well)
Supports: Not required
For best visual results, use matte or silk PLA filaments — especially gold, white, or pastel tones for that classic felt board aesthetic.
⏱️ Print Time & Material
Print time and filament use will vary depending on how many letters you print per plate and your slicer arrangement.
Tip: Batch print commonly used letters (E, A, R, S, T…) to build complete message sets faster.
