Kuromi Headphone ears

Design Concept

These 3D printable Kuromi headphone ears add Sanrio’s signature black pointed jester-style ears (with the small rounded tip detail) to your over-ear headphones. Simple clip-on design in all black for a clean, cute look.

Use

Works well for cosplay, gaming, conventions, or everyday wear. The clip fits most headphone headbands (tested on JBL 350 and similar 15–25 mm wide bands) and stays secure without glue.

Printing Recommendations

Print in black PETG for best results. Print Face down. Use 0.15–0.2 mm layer height, 15–25% infill, and 2-4 wall loops. Tree supports recommended for the bracket. Add a brim for good bed adhesion.

Assembly Instructions

After printing and removing supports, slide the rectangular clip base over the top center of your headphone headband. Adjust for a snug fit. Easy to remove or swap.
