Description

Hey everyone, here is a practical print to help tame the clutter around your kitchen sink.

I designed this organizer because I was tired of my sponges staying soggy and water constantly pooling on the countertop behind the faucet. I wanted something that looked cleaner than those cheap wire racks and actually functioned well to dry things out.

Features of the design:

  • The Main Body: It has a large section that easily fits a standard sponge, a Scrub Daddy, or a folded dish cloth. The side compartments are sized perfectly for a dish brush and a standard bottle of Dawn or a refillable soap dispenser.
  • The Drip Tray: This is the best part. The removable tray features a geometric hex pattern that allows water to drip down and away from your cleaning tools, helping them dry faster and stay hygienic. The tray has a solid base to catch the water so it doesn't end up on your counter—just slide it out and rinse it off when needed.

Printing Tips:

This is an easy print designed to need no supports. I recommend printing the base and the drip tray in contrasting colors to make the geometric pattern pop (like the grey and dark blue in the photos). While PLA works fine for a while, I suggest using PETG or ASA if you want it to last longer against constant water exposure.

I hope this helps keep your kitchen looking tidy!
