3dfused direct drive plate for Microswiss dual gear extruder

I couldn't find an adapter plate that fit the 3Dfused linear x rail that lined the Microswiss dual gear extruder up properly so I designed one that fit everything and still allows full motion on the x axis. I am using a DD variation of the Satsana fan duct and there is plenty of clearance but you might have issues with other fan ducts. Prints just fine without support but the extruder motor holes will be a little misshapen. It's fine because there is enough clearance for everything to still fit. Motor support goes right to the edge of the plug so you can clock the plug any way you want.
