Hi, it's a shame that you experienced black borders and that the model only received 1 star for it. We have printed the basket multiple times and had no problems. Can you tell us which printer you used? Which filament did you use? Did you use the provided slicer settings? Can you upload a picture of your print?

Printing on the P2S with Bambu filament. This is the only model that I have had colour bleeding with. The black is banding around the eyes. I thought that I was rating the print profile, not the model. It is a cute enough model. I stopped the print just after it finished the eyes and the black banding stopped. The app popped up at message about what I thought about this print, and since I had to abort the print because of the colour issues, what other star rating could I leave? In retrospect, this is the type of model that should not be printed in multicolour all at once. It should be designed to print the body, feet, mouth, and eyes all separately and then assembled. A lot of filament waste and time is created by printing the model as a whole at once. It is a very cute model and I am disappointed that it did not work out.

If you had problems with the print volume, then we will increase the value for it. If you only had visual problems with the print, then that is not nice, but not a failed print. If color errors are rated 1 star, then failed prints, geometric errors, spaghetti etc. would have to be rated -1 to -5 stars. In the end, we are in 3D printing and not in injection molding, which many people keep trying to compare. We have often received feedback from people to design prints as a whole with color changes, as they did not want to turn on the printer multiple times to print the parts individually, furthermore these people do not want to take glue in their hands and glue anything. Optionally print in a single color and paint it yourself. However, this does not matter, as today everything in the slicer is visible via this print (consumption, cleaning...). Based on the slicer data, you can still decide against it afterwards. Nevertheless, thank you very much for the feedback
