Omron AeroHub – Modular support with drawer for Omron X102 Total nebulizer

Omron AeroHub is a modular support custom-designed for the Omron X102 Total nebulizer, developed to improve organization, stability, and practicality during daily use of the device.

The structure consists of three main elements:

• Base body with drawer housing
• Removable accessory drawer
• Upper carrying handle

The removable drawer is sized to hold the accessories provided in the original Omron X102 Total package, including:

• masks
• air tube
• standard accessories
• nasal douche

This allows all components to be kept tidy and collected in a single compact system.

The upper part of the support integrates dimensionally calibrated housing holes that allow the original rubber feet of the Omron X102 Total to fit precisely.
 

This system ensures correct positioning of the device and limits accidental movements during use.

On the underside of the base body, there are six dedicated housings for felt pads or rubber feet Ø 20 mm, designed to increase grip on smooth surfaces and further improve the overall stability of the support.

The carrying handle is designed with an intentionally precise fit: during assembly, it may feel tight, and the screws might seem slightly stiff to tighten. This choice is deliberate and allows for a solid fixation, helping to keep the nebulizer securely locked and stable within the support.

The structure slightly raises the nebulizer from the resting surface, promoting better ventilation of the device and helping to keep the usage area tidy and functional.

Among the project images, there is also a photo of the original nebulizer box, included solely to facilitate correct identification of the compatible model.

This project is not intended to be a form of device advertising in any way, but exclusively a compatible accessory developed to improve its organization and home use.

For assembly, the following are required:

• 2 × M2 Screws
  • Length: 8 mm
  • Round head
  • Head diameter: 3.5 mm
  • Head thickness: 1.3 mm
  • Hex socket or similar drive
• 2 × M2 Heat-set threaded inserts
  • Length: 4 mm
  • Outer diameter: 3.5 mm
• 6 × Felt pads or rubber feet Ø 20 mm

The M2 screws and heat-set threaded inserts are available directly from MakerWorld's Maker Supplies and are listed in the project's non-printable parts section.

Assembly

1. Heat-set the M2 threaded inserts into the two prepared side holes.
2. Secure the handle using the M2 screws. 
3. Apply the six felt pads or rubber feet Ø 20 mm into the lower housings.
4. Insert the drawer into the base body.
