Printing:
Make sure your filament flow is calibrated. The model has a tolerance of 0.3mm, which most printers can handle, if stuck; put it in the freezer for 15min then try flexing it again.
Use PLA for its rigidity and easier printing and bridging, it depends on good bridging performance (34mm is the tallest bridge)
Disclaimer: It has a sharp edge, use it cautiously at your own risk,
(Keep it away from children)
Assembly:
- Cut the small bridge inside the hole
- Gently flex to free the slider
- Place the blade carefully with correct orientation indicated by alignment pins
- Install the hex screws that came with the blades without overtightening as you do for the scraper
