Description
Give your bottles a dark and imposing look with this "Demon Skull" stopper. This model has been mechanically optimized to fit several types of bottle necks, from miniatures to 1L bottles
Tested and Validated Compatibility:
Design physically tested on several formats to ensure real adaptation:
- Chivas Regal (70cl)
- Captain Morgan (70cl & 1L)
- Bacardi (Miniature format)
- Fits most standard spirit bottles
Technical Details:
- Seal system: 4 integrated grooves (1.2 mm depth / 2.1 mm width) for adding O-rings (not included)
- Threaded assembly: The skull and the stopper are two separate parts. A clearance of 0.15 mm has been applied to the thread for smooth assembly
- Assembly aid: A recess for a flat-head screwdriver is integrated under the stopper to allow for a solid and perfectly invisible final tightening
Print Settings (Optimized Profile)
- Layer height: 0.16 mm
- Walls: 3 walls (tested and validated for this profile)
- Profile: This file includes a print profile balanced between finesse and solidity. (layer height / number of walls)
- Supports: Essential
- Seam: Random for the stopper for sealing
Post-Processing Guide (Support Removal)
- The Horns: Use pliers to break the supports in the center of the horns, then carefully remove the rest
- The Thread: Push the supports from back to front to cleanly release the screw threads
- The Jaw: Break the small internal support and gently peel off each side of the jaw
- Finishing: Cut any small residual threads at the threading for perfect screwing
