This frame guard prevents the P2S / X2D 's PTFE tube from rubbing against the upper right metal edge of the frame.
I saw a post stating that the P2S / X2D 's PTFE tube rubbing against the right frame edge, not the top glass, causes white powder to form.
Upon inspecting my printer, I found foam tape and Teflon tape partially attached to that area, but some wear had already occurred.
Therefore, I designed a guard to prevent the PTFE tube from rubbing against the metal edge of the right frame.
It attaches firmly to the frame with magnets and is designed thin to avoid interfering with the toolhead's movement when it reaches the right end.
The 8mm x 3T magnet hole is intentionally designed to be tight.
Place the magnet on the table and press the print from above to easily snap it into place.
- 3 Peice type: Uses a minimum of 6 / maximum of 8 magnets.
One piece type: Uses a minimum of 3 / maximum of 5 magnets.
Please use filament with heat resistance equal to or greater than PETG.
Materials other than PETG have not been tested.
The default profile is printed in three separate parts for quick, easy printing and convenient maintenance.
And one piece profile is also good, which looks nicer, but easy to warping during print.
Works even better when used with my side-mounted PTFE clips.

To attach, remove the foam tape located in the center of the right frame,
which is covering frame screw and fixture.
