Description
This custom Hawk Head Handle is designed as a direct replacement for the stock door handle on the Bambu Lab H2‑Series printers. The base of the model is fully contoured to match the curvature of the door and the edge of the glass, ensuring a clean, factory‑fit look once installed. Screw hole placement aligns with the original hardware, allowing you to reuse the stock screws for a simple, secure mount.
The model was printed at a 0.16 mm layer height using tree supports and a 0.4 mm nozzle. The AMS was used to paint the model for clean color separation and detail. Print settings include 2 walls and 15% gyroid infill, giving the handle a solid feel without unnecessary weight.
This piece is both functional and decorative—adding personality to your H2 while maintaining full usability of the door mechanism.
