Necta Solista Mixer Ring – Functional Replacement Part

Since this specific Necta Solista mixer ring was difficult to find in my country, I redesigned and modeled it from scratch based on the original part.

The green piece in the photos is the original factory part.
The beige ones are my 3D printed versions.

It is not a 1:1 exact clone, but:

• Fits securely into the machine
• Works properly and performs its function
• Tested in real use

The model was created by measuring the original part and rebuilding it digitally.

Print Settings

• Material: PLA+
• Layer height: 0.2 mm
• Infill: 40–50% recommended
• Supports: Not required
• Print orientation: ~60° angled position (recommended for better strength and cleaner internal geometry)

I printed it in PLA+ and it works well. For higher temperature resistance, PETG may also be a good option.
