Arrow T50X Wire Stapler Conversion Adapter

Turn your Arrow T50X medium duty stapler into a clean, consistent wire stapler.

I designed and modeled this system from scratch to solve a simple problem: securing flat CAT6 cable without crushing, pinching, or damaging it. Standard T50 staples are strong, but without proper guidance they can easily deform or bite into the wire jacket. This jig fixes that.

• Converts a standard Arrow T50X stapler into a wire-friendly stapler

• Internal Width: 7.5 mm
• Internal Depth: 3.5 mm
• Designed specifically for flat CAT6 cable

🧩 How It Works

The system includes:

• A friction-fit jig that slides securely onto the stapler nose
• Integrated wire guides that shape and control staple placement

The jig attaches via friction fit, and I added a rubber band for extra retention during repetitive use. Once installed, staples are guided cleanly over the cable every time.

💡 Why I Made This

There are wire staplers on the market. But if you already own a T50X, why buy another tool? This lets you expand the functionality of what you already have using a simple printed add-on.
