Description

Slavic Window – iPhone 15 Pro Max Case

This project is inspired by traditional Slavic wooden architecture.

The camera module becomes a symbolic “window” framed with a classic ornamental nalichnik — just like in old countryside houses.

The idea is simple and poetic:

when we look through the camera, it feels like we are looking through a window into the world.

Features

  • Ultra-thin body
  • Tight and secure fit
  • Lanyard-ready (two bottom attachment points)
  • Decorative camera frame printed as a separate model
  • Fully customizable design

Modular Design

The decorative camera frame (nalichnik) is printed separately and glued onto the case.

This allows:

  • Printing the case and frame in different colors
  • Scaling the camera frame to fit other iPhone models
  • Creating different decorative styles for the same base case

The camera block size can be easily adjusted by scaling the frame model proportionally.

Materials & Finishing

  • Printed in PLA
  • Frame was hand-painted with acrylic paints
  • Finished with clear protective varnish
  • Frame attached using dichloromethane (plastic welding method)

You can experiment with different plastics (PETG, ABS, ASA) depending on your needs.

Customization

This is more than just a phone case — it’s a creative concept.

You can:

  • Change colors
  • Modify ornaments
  • Create regional variations
  • Make modern minimalistic versions
  • Design your own “window”

This project is a playground for imagination.
