4 plates / 8 buttons switch - Gira Tastsensor 4.95
Print Profile(3)

Description
This project is the light switches plates for Gira Tastsensor 4.95.
If you have Gira touch sensors, you might be aware how unreasonably expensive are these little plastic pieces.
Here I am providing a few variants of the project in diferent plates
1 - A plain flat plate
2 - A plain flat plate with writings placeholder (on/off)
3 - A plate with 2 holes for “icon” pins
4 - A plate with only 1 hole, in the case where the other side of the switch has no action configures.
5 - 2 Pins: triangle and circle (for me is enough to minimally indicate blinds up/ down and lights)
You will notice:
- The hooks fit perfectly.
- I added a thin border to prevent edge warping.
- The holes have a little bridge to ensure the button is clicked (I've noticed in my electrical installation the buttons are not 100% in the same place).
- The pins can be inserted and removed (but they might break on removal).
BE AWARE:
This is the very first try of this project.
I've seem a bit of warping/bending of the plates (PLA).
I've tried gyroid infill, 20% to reduce that. If anyone has a better suggestion please let me know!
Despite that, I am already publishing it in order to get some feedback here.
Once you have beautify your house, I would be happy to get your feedback here in the comments and the pictures of your prints!
