had to sand a little on the inside because the fitment wasnt completely right, might be because my maglite is a very old version which is a little thicker :)

Fit my smaller C-cell Maglight too. It's loose and can swing around, but it's not going to fall out.

I measured my light and made a small size change using the measure tool on the model in Orca. Fits perfect!
