Industrial-Grade Heavy Duty Anti-Vibration Feet (PETG-CF & TPU)

Stop your 3D printing station from shaking! These heavy-duty feet are engineered to stabilize tables and workbenches used for high-speed 3D printers like the Bambu Lab A1, P1S, or X1C. By lowering the center of gravity and providing a massive contact area, they eliminate the "sway" caused by aggressive printer movements.

⚙️ Recommended Print Settings

1. Rigid Leg (Main Body):

  • Material: PETG-CF (Highly recommended for stiffness and look).
  • Walls/Loops: 4-5 (Crucial for structural integrity).
  • Infill: 15-20% Grid.
  • Top/Bottom Layers: 5.
  • Orientation: Print upside down (base plate on the bed). No supports needed.

2. Damping Pad (Insert):

  • Material: TPU 95A.
  • Walls/Loops: 2 (Allows for compression).
  • Infill: 15% Gyroid (Acts as a mechanical spring).
  • Bottom Surface Pattern: Hilbert Curve (Provides excellent anti-slip properties).

🛠️ Assembly Instructions

  1. Mount the PETG-CF legs to your wooden board or table using 4 screws per leg.
  2. The mounting holes: 3mm diameter and 7mm outter fillet diameter
  3. Press-fit the TPU damping pads onto the bottom of the legs.
  4. (Optional) For a permanent bond, use a small piece of double-sided foam tape inside the TPU cup.
