Cardo Packtalk Edge Glue Plate/Mount
Print Profile(2)

Description
Couldn't find any 3D print models for the universal Cardo Packtalk Edge glue plate. I found a few but they were for specific helmets.
I can't seem to figure out the best way to print this. If anyone has any ideas, please share it. The current profile (version 1) works but the thin part is a little bit flimsy. It's fine if you don't keep taking the mount off.
Printed with ASA.
Version 2 (20 February 2026)
- Added holes to allow supports to print through
- Printed flat (for added strength to the thin part)
- Slightly thinner base (more flexibility)
- Faster print time
- Recommend printing with ASA for UV resistance (ASA-CF/GF is probably better for added stiffness on the thin part)
Note: With Version 2, you have less surface area to put on tape. However, that does not really affect the strength. With VHB tape on the remaining surfaces, it's still very strong and sufficient in holding the device, even at high speeds.
Credits to this person for making the slot(?) mount. I just made the plate and attach them together.
