Sushi Tower (Tiered Stand)
Print Profile(1)

Description
I have designed a modular étagère here – I affectionately call it the "Sushi-Tower". It is suitable not only for sushi but also for sweets or as an étagère for a candy bar
Boost Me (for free)
Do you like my model? If YES, please leave a like or perhaps even a boost. That would make me happy and motivate me
The individual tiers can be added or removed as desired, allowing the tower to be customized.
To prevent the étagère from tipping backward when loaded, additional supports can be printed. These are inserted from below into the respective tiers and provide more stability
The number of tiers is freely selectable. The top tier only needs to be printed once
I recommend printing the tower from PETG, as this material is considered safer for food contact compared to other filaments. Nevertheless, food residues can accumulate in the fine grooves of an FDM print, where bacteria can form. To reduce this risk, the print profile includes templates that can be used to cut suitable inserts from coated paper or similar materials
Alternatively, the surface can be sealed with a suitable, food-safe resin to achieve the smoothest and easiest-to-clean surface possible. Despite all precautions, however, germ formation cannot be completely ruled out
I would also be very happy to see pictures of your print in use. If you have any suggestions for changes, please leave a comment.
Therefore, a brief disclaimer at this point:
FDM prints are generally not suitable for direct food contact without appropriate post-treatment – even if suitable filaments are used. Printing and using the "Sushi-Tower" étagère is therefore at your own risk
