Description
My wife rented a Medela Symphony at the hospital to start pumping when starting breastfeeding.
Now we purchased a Medela Swing Maxi but the Personal fit attachments which came with the Medela Symphony didn't fit to the Medela Swing Maxi hoses.
We did also have a set of attachments in the box of the Medela Swing Maxi, but to be able to use the Personal fit attachments as spares I modeled these Hose Connectors to enable the use of the Personal fit attachments to the Swing Maxi hoses.
