Description
Tired of original nozzles that clog, break, or become unusable after trying to clean them? This 3D Printed replacement is designed to definitively solve the problem, offering maximum precision and versatility.
Key features:
- Precision tip: The initial hole is intentionally very small for jobs requiring extreme accuracy.
- Customizable: If you need a greater flow, the conical shape allows you to easily cut the tip with pliers or enlarge the hole with a small drill bit.
- Two-piece design: Includes the main nozzle and a cap to prevent glue from drying inside.
Compatibility: Successfully tested on Wolfix 100g bottles. It should fit most 50g/100g cyanoacrylate (CA) glue bottles that use the same thread pitch.

Recommended print settings:
- Material: Tested in PLA (works well!), but PETG or PP are recommended for greater chemical resistance over time.
- Walls: 3 or 4 (essential for ensuring a watertight seal and preventing leaks from layers).
- Layer Height: 0.12mm or 0.16mm for a precise thread.
- Supports: Not required. The use of Brim is highly recommended for the nozzle, given its narrow base and height.
