This model is a set of custom‑designed dust collection Y‑splitter fittings featuring a 4‑inch main inlet that branches into a 4‑inch outlet and a 2.5‑inch outlet. Multiple files are included, for a full size version, smaller version and one that fits 2in ID shopvac hose if you aren't using clear 2.5 inch flex hose. 

These fittings are ideal for creating multi‑port dust collection setups, such as those commonly used on router tables, small tool stations, or combined fence + cabinet extraction systems.

Each splitter is shaped for smooth airflow and minimal turbulence, helping maintain suction efficiency while allowing you to run two dust collection lines from a single 4‑inch source. Perfect for users looking to expand or customize their dust collection network with reliable, workshop‑ready printed components.

🧷 Assembly Instructions

  • Attach your 4‑inch hose to the main inlet using a clamp
  • Connect a 4‑inch hose to the large outlet and a 2.5‑inch hose to the smaller branch
  • Secure all connections with hose clamps or quick‑release fittings
  • Integrate into your dust collection system as needed for multi‑port extraction

  • Material: PLA/PETG/ABS or anything that isnt flexible really. 
  • Infill: 8% gyroid
  • Walls/Perimeters: 3
  • Supports: Not required
  • Brim: Use an outer brim for stability
  • Orientation: Print vertically for best strength and clean internal airflow
