Description
Boost Me (for free)
Designed this because I got tired of syringes having a mess in the fridge and to make packing for travel quick and easy. If it solves the same problem for you (or another problem), a boost is always appreciated!"
Please see version 2 changes below.
Why I made this remix:
I use a weekly injection that needs to be refrigerated, which is mostly convenient when I'm at home. When I'm traveling I wanted a hard case that I could just grab and have everything necessary to take my injection. I designed this after being inspired by another model I saw months ago, which for the life of me I can't find ( I literally searched for like 3hrs try to find it to do an inspiration link to no avail). FOUND IT. Remix attributed. Thx Menerso Design

Never worry about forgotten supplies again! This compact medical travel case keeps everything organized and protected in one secure container.
What It Holds:
- 1× 3ml injection vial (39mm height x 16.25mm diameter)
- 1× syringe up to 150mm long
- 1× alcohol prep pad (or more if needed)
Smart Design Features:
- Slide-lock top with front catch prevents accidental opening
- Impact tested - survived multiple drops on hard floors without vial breakage
- Dual viewing windows let you verify contents at a glance (top and bottom)
- Fridge-ready - pre-load multiple cases for grab-and-go convenience
- Travel approved - compact size fits easily in bags, pockets, or carry-ons
Perfect For:
- Weekly/Daily medication routines

- Keeping pre-loaded supplies ready in the fridge
Privacy Note: The clear windows make contents visible, so store accordingly if discretion is needed.
Pro Tip: I keep 4 pre-loaded cases in my fridge at all times - when my shipment arrives, I just load them all up and my family can grab one for me anytime!
Photo and Printing notes: I printed these in TinMorry PETG-GF, ran out of green and had some white, so it actually worked out and I think looks great. It of course can be printed in just about any material. The PETG-GF is slightly rougher, so the first couple times I slid them closed it was tight, but smooth after that. I did print a couple with fuzzy skin when I was prototyping and those looked good too.
Version 2 Changes
Version 2 is a complete redesign from the ground up. The original architecture didn't support multiple vial sizes the way I expected, so rather than patch it, I rebuilt it. The result looks nearly identical to V1 — I have to put them side by side to tell them apart — but the internals are a whole different story.
What's new:
- Four vial sizes, based on measurements I found online plus dimensions submitted by users (you know who you are — thank you)
- Two-tone color profiles matching the style of the pictured units (gray and white instead of green and white)
- Text on the lid, implemented as a modifier — you'll need to update the text, color, and placement to suit your needs
Fit note: The lid is intentionally snug, same as V1. It will loosen up with use — just work it open and closed a few times.
| Vial | Vial Diameter | Vial Height | Notes |
| 3ml | 16mm | 39mm | Same size as V1 |
| 5ml | 22mm | 39mm | Very similar size, a little wider overall |
| 10ml | 24mm | 54mm | Significantly wider, holds multiple injection sets (a few syringes and alcohol pads) |
| 20ml | 30mm | 55mm | Significantly wider, holds multiple injection sets (a few syringes and alcohol pads) |
Two favors to ask:
- If you print this, I'd love to hear how it worked out for you — fit, function, any issues. I'm happy to make adjustments if something doesn't work for your setup, as long as it improves the design for everyone.
- This one took more iterations than I expected to get right. If it saves you some time or frustration, a boost, like, or rating goes a long way — thanks.
