🎨 Finishing & Build Plate Tip

For a unique and professional look, print the Box Frame face down using a Textured PEI Plate or a patterned build plate (e.g., Diamond or Carbon Fiber). This will give the visible face of the LED a premium texture, completely hiding the layer lines and giving it an injection-molded appearance.

🖨 Printing Tips

  • Material: PETG or ASA is highly recommended (the chamber can get warm during long prints).
  • Supports: Minimal supports needed for the mounting lip.
  • Infill: 10-15% (Adaptive Cubic) for the best balance between weight and structural integrity.
