Seadoo Spark Speaker Mount (JBL Charge 5 / other)

The Seadoo Spark speaker mount is designed specifically for the JBL Charge 5 speaker, but can be adapted to fit any other speaker similar in size. With the extra corner supports underneath the plastic cover, it provides great durability and rigidity to keep your speaker in place while on the lake, having a blast.

I would recommend printing all parts using ASA filament, which has UV-resistance. I have the SolidWorks CAD files attached to anyone who wants to improve or modify the design to suite there needs, along with STL files and 3mf print setting files using ASA filament.

Print Settings For All Parts Using ASA Filament:

• %50 Speed (Silent Mode) Highly recommended
• 3 walls 
• 4 walls for Tap size corner supports files (holes are smaller, and more wall material is recommended)
• %20 Infill
• Outer Brim Only (5mm width, 0mm distance from part)
• Supports for the main speaker mount file
• Zero Fan Speed
• Nozzle: 270 C
• Bed: 100 C
