Lab Rax 10" (15 Mounting Units)
Print Profile(15)

Description
Here are my own designs for the "Lab Rax - 10" rack
I will publish all my prints for this here in this post
The print profiles will probably mainly be for exotic/special built-in devices. But I think someone who is looking for exactly that exotic/special item and finds it here will be quite happy
Connect ZWA-2, Z-Wave USB Adapter: Lid plate, in which the antenna “Connect ZWA-2, Z-Wave USB Adapter” (https://www.berrybase.de/home-assistant-connect-zwa-2-z-wave-usb-adapter?gad_source=1&gad_campaignid=22741807637&gbraid=0AAAAADSQJK7ikt0Saq7x2vqMlzWcNbtab&gclid=Cj0KCQiAy6vMBhDCARIsAK8rOglPxYGWPwEFAjkpbG5D1yEcLekaNvyIaWKJkp8Tf89bMt1db9-7VeIaAioQEALw_wcB) can be integrated
Smarti Pi Touch Pro Display: (https://www.rasppishop.de/SmartiPi-Touch-Pro-small-schwarz?srsltid=AfmBOopLprptQBGiBMk8EHTkm2rPONfXW8gdI6g4dEXESZdTA2hiHuXsiBY). The entire front housing part including the display and Raspberry Pi is installed in the frame. I painted the frame black for aesthetic reasons
Hard Drive Insert: For two hard drives (or other devices) with a maximum size of 83x23x108 mm
Sonoff + SwitchBot: Bezel for the “SONOFF Zigbee 3.0 USB-Dongle Plus” (https://sonoff.tech/de-de/products/sonoff-zigbee-3-0-usb-dongle-plus-zbdongle-p?srsltid=AfmBOorLyGWSUJ8LWZAL6_bTod5zV0wAI67yvVe9jgIK3tAjfnZqxdf-) and "SwitchBot Hub Mini" (https://eu.switch-bot.com/products/switchbot-hub-mini). The space for the Sonoff turned out a bit tight. However, it fits in with a bit of force
i-Tec USB-Hub: Insert for an i-Tec 7-port USB hub. Unfortunately, I cannot name the model
Fritz!Box 7510: Insert for the FritzBox with a compartment size of 210x41x143 mm
Philips Hue Hub/Bridge: Compartment size 90x90x26 mm. The compartment turned out a bit tight. However, the bridge fits in with a bit of force (https://www.philips-hue.com/de-de/p/hue-bridge-smarte-schaltzentrale-weis/8719514342620)
WD Cloud Home Personal: Compartment size 178x54x143 (https://www.testberichte.de/pdb/Ll-HQ06BQGOtZjUqd3lKvQ.html?utm_source=4442&utm_medium=tbw&utm_campaign=4&c=22973326272&g=186429926842&gad_source=1&gad_campaignid=22973326272&gbraid=0AAAAAqqPbVUAON58QNVHTVPTSdGAi7mvc&gclid=Cj0KCQiA7rDMBhCjARIsAGDBuEDGwqCMvtDg-Y6dffUwp4uImZol8k1S_sCDlEtF7FnwhaNJMD2ylG0aAtQwEALw_wcB)
LED Strip: An interior lighting for the “Lab Rax” purely for aesthetic purposes. 4 LEDs with 5mm diameter are installed in the LED strip. The strip is simply pressed/tilted into the hex holes at the back/top. Possibly also glued in place. The two housing parts are glued together
Keyboard Side Compartment: The keyboard side compartment has a compartment size of 100x10x75 mm and is intended to store a small (BT) keyboard for the Pi with a display. The compartment is simply pressed into the “Hex side panels” using the hexagonal dowels and holds itself in place
HomePilot / Rademacher: Insert for the HomePilot / Rademacher hub. The two inner webs serve for stabilization and must be broken out after printing
Socket Insert: for three Shelly sockets (https://www.shelly.com/de/products/shelly-wall-socket-eu-black?variant=56273499390301). Thick washers are included to be able to use 3x15mm device mounting screws. However, other 3mm screws can also be used
ESP32/Mini Insert: for up to five ESP32 or ESP Mini with a height of ½ U. The ESP32 is fastened with M2.5x4 screws and the ESP Mini with 1-2 drops of hot glue
22x 12mm Push Button/Switch: Bezel for installing up to 22 round push buttons or switches with an installation diameter of 12mm. Two bases are included in the print profile, which are glued to the bezel. One bezel is for up to 4 “Shelly Plus i4” or "Shelly Wave i4". The second base is a “universal base” to fasten other devices in the perforated grid (e.g., with cable ties)
7x 19mm Push Button/Switch: Bezel for installing up to 7 round push buttons or switches with an installation diameter of 19mm. Two bases are included in the print profile, which are glued to the bezel. One bezel is for up to 4 “Shelly Plus i4” or "Shelly Wave i4". The second base is a “universal base” to fasten other devices in the perforated grid (e.g., with cable ties)
