Description

My Samsung jet turbo brush made a horrible rattling noise when in use. After opening the brush I found out that the ball bearing (684 ZZ) was damaged and making a scraping noise. Sadly also the plastic retainer part that holds the axle for the bearing was cracked. Likely causing a misalignment and wear on the ball bearing.

Samsung does not sell a replacement for the plastic part and I refused to replace the entire Turbo Brush head enclosure.

I have designed a new retainer which is identical to the old one. The original plastic piece has the axle pressfit in just like this one.

Printed in PETG  for durability.

Happy to see you got your vacuum back up and running. Seems like the original part has a weakness causing premature failure on not just my vacuum. Thanks for letting me know !
