This model is a wallet-sized safety knife designed to fit the card format of a standard card holder or slim wallet.
It uses a standard utility blade, inserted during printing thanks to a pause-at-layer in the profile, ensuring precise positioning and full encapsulation of the blade inside the print.
The blade is permanently trapped inside the card.
Once the blade becomes dull, it cannot be removed or replaced by design.
This makes the object intentionally disposable, prioritizing user safety and preventing blade handling or reuse.
The cutting edge is partially exposed, allowing controlled cutting for emergency use, packages, straps, or light materials, while minimizing accidental contact.
