Description
This is a deeper headlight cap that fits a Passat 3C headlight as well as those of related VW models
In contrast to the original, the cap is deeper to accommodate retrofitted LEDs with fans, for example
A seal is still required (foam rubber, the original, or similar)
The cover is designed so that it can be screwed onto the original headlight housing without modifications after removing the supports and locks into place there
If required, a version without the recess can also be uploaded, although the recess should not offer any disadvantages
When choosing the material, consider the temperatures in the engine compartment, as well as possible contact with solvents and lubricants
This component is not a genuine VW part, use on public roads is not recommended
