JRX2 mini to Turbo Hopper conversion

I loved the Turbo Hopper and have several now. Many have bad electronics and if converted to hobby grade RC it is easy to break them. 

Also, all the ~40 year old tires are bad in one way or another. They are either flat/cracked or hard as a rock.

I tried to figure out a way to use JRX2 mini tires on a Turbo Hopper without success. Decided to convert a JRX2 mini into a Turbo Hopper instead. Modern parts and good tires.

While a stock Turbo Hopper body will fit on this mod, the included body will NOT fit on a stock Turbo Hopper.

You will need a collection of 2mm and 3mm screws of different length. If you are going to use the bumper, you'll need longer screws like those in the front of the JRX2.
