This mounting system allows two RC servos to be aligned absolutely parallel and on the same axis.

In many RC models (especially jets, flaps, airbrakes, landing gear, or split elevators), even the slightest mounting deviations lead to stresses, differing deflections, and increased power consumption.

The rail system mechanically forces both servos into the identical position and the same angle.
This ensures both servos move synchronously and without working against each other's gears.

The complete unit can be prepared outside the model and then installed as an assembly.

Thanks to the sliding mount, the servos can be installed in two defined positions, allowing the spacing to be individually adjusted to the model (see figure).

Background

After several RC jet projects, problems repeatedly arose due to minimally different servo angles.
This system eliminates installation errors and makes installation reliably reproducible.

Advantages

  • 100% parallel servo alignment
  • Prevents tension and servo counter-work
  • Identical linkage geometry left/right
  • Easy assembly and quick replacement
  • Reproducible installation position
  • Reduced current peaks
  • Longer servo lifespan
  • Ideal for coupled control surfaces
