ROG Ally Protective Case – 250x250 Build Volume Edition
I redesigned my protective case for the ROG Ally to make it compatible with more 3D printers using a 250x250 mm build volume. This version keeps the original protection, ventilation, and portability while making it easier to print on popular printers like Bambu Lab, Prusa, and many others.

⚙ Printing Recommendations
- Material: PLA / PETG / ABS (PETG recommended for durability) and tpu
- Layer height: 0.2 mm
- Infill: 15–25 %
🔧 Assembly
The case is designed to be easy to assemble.
Depending on your version you may need:
- Hinges printed in place or assembled after printing
- Optional glue for reinforcement
- 6× M3×30
- M3×10 ou M3×12 and M3 Nuts
