Description

🔹 Description
Half a year ago, I released a desiccant box designed for Bambu Lab spools, and it received a lot of positive feedback from users.
After carefully reviewing comments and real-world usage suggestions, I decided to redesign and optimize the model from the ground up.
All improvements focus on one clear goal:
——lighter weight, higher stability, and better real-world usability.

Please make sure the build plate is clean before printing. Do not touch it with oily hands — otherwise, misfortune may occur 😉
🔹 Easy to Print · Beginner Friendly
- Compatible with PLA / PETG / ABS / PAHT — perfect for using leftover filament
- Fast printing: as quick as ~41 minutes
- Low material usage: about 20 g per unit
- On a Bambu Lab P1S, up to 7 sets can be printed in one batch, averaging 41 minutes per set
🔹 User-Friendly Experience
- Extra-large opening — no need to print a funnel for filling desiccant
- Simply press into the spool to lock,No additional anti-drop parts required

🔹 More Scientific Structural Design
- Vertical ventilation holes
0.5 mm gaps combined with a large total ventilation area - Floating structure
The desiccant box does not tightly contact the spool wall, improving air circulation - Upgraded locking mechanism
Completely prevents accidental detachment without extra components - Trapezoidal threads
Optimized for 3D printing with precise tolerances and smooth screwing action - Maximum hole size: 0.5 mm
Effectively prevents leakage of small or broken desiccant particles - Optimized print path
No frequent retractions, lower noise, and no limitation to vase-mode single prints
