Description

The is my take on a Blanton's Bourbon bottle holder with a built in LED lamp. This bottle holder also incorporates a spot for all of the bottle toppers you may want to collect.

This model is set up to print in two pieces to avoid supports and optimize printing. It is also set up to print with multi colors. The model in the pictures was printed in black as a test and then I painted it so it wouldn't be a wasted print. The print profile includes the base in black, the barrels in a light brown and the top section in a dark brown with the Blanton's logo in black. This would also look great in all dark brown or even a gold color.

Outside diameter of lamp is ~44.5mm.

The barrels were modeled with AI. The rest of it was modeled by me in Shapr3D.

Nice print, no issues. Did some filament painting and made the barrels brown and straps copper and carried that over to the backplate and added a color band on the base. Thanks for the design.

Thanks for the boost and rating. Looks Great. I like the way the barrels turned out, that was a great idea. I think you can post a print profile, if you saved it, so others can also print it up that way too. Definitely takes it to another level.

I happen to see a piece that looks just like your for sale in FB Marketplace. Though they made a dovetail to connect the wall with round base.

Not surprising. It happens. I guess I should take it as a compliment. I will add that I at least cut it in a way that is mostly hidden. The dovetail looks bad, IMO.

has anyone found a light on Amazon that'll work? the Bambu 001 light kit is too big

I posted a link to the one I used. It is a smaller light. I can possibly revise the design to take the Bambu light kit.

I always get a message saying parts are floating and it won't attach the barrels to the plate. please help

If you are opening it from Makerworld I am not sure why it would be causing that issue. If you are downloading it and then opening it, try choosing to import it instead so that it maintains all of the print settings. If you insert the model as objects it will lose all predetermined object settings and cause issues.
