Siraya Tech Flex TPU Air 65A-82A Filament Profiles

This profile is for Siraya Tech Flex TPU Air 65A-82A Filament. It is a variable hardness TPU that uses a foaming agent. You obtain different hardness based on the nozzle temp and flow rate.  

After a bit of trial and error I have tuned a .20mm layer profile as well as 4 individual filament profiles (66A,72A, 75A, 82A) saved within this project. 

The biggest Layer profile change is avoiding the nozzle from traveling across walls. This reduces exterior stringing along with a few other changes. Changes for the filament profiles consist of nozzle Temperature and retraction/wiping settings for each. 

There are 4 Filament profiles:

SirayaTech Air TPU 65A-82A - 66A       Softest

SirayaTech Air TPU 65A-82A - 72A

SirayaTech Air TPU 65A-82A - 75A

SirayaTech Air TPU 65A-82A - 82A       Hardest

There are 4 test blocks and each have a different profile. Test them as you like. If you want to print them all at once, simply select the same external roll for each during the “Send to Printer” window (their temperature settings will be different for each and make separate hardnesses). 

You should be able to save the profiles to your BambuStudio and have them for your future prints. 

Foam TPU sticks extremely well to Textured PEI plates.. even with glue, it will not release. One trick to cover your print area with painters tape and print onto the painters tape.
